Rescheduling: You can reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment through the booking system at no charge. Less than 24 hours notice may incur a $25 rescheduling fee.
Cancellations: Full refunds are available up to 48 hours before your scheduled reading. Within 48 hours, a 50% refund is provided. Same-day cancellations are generally non-refundable unless due to emergency.
